The CO GOP Central Committee and the elected leadership team of Chair Dave Williams, Vice Chair Hope Scheppelman and Secretary Anna Ferguson have filed a seven count lawsuit against six Establishment Republicans who led the failed push to oust Chair Williams.  The suit names Eli Bremer, Nancy Pallozzi, Todd Watkins, Brita Horn, Kristi Burton Brown and Kevin McCarney.  It accuses them of engaging in a series of “unethical, dishonorable and fraudulent actions designed to cling to power.”  The suit claims heir actions harmed the CO GOP and cost it more than 0,000.  You can read the lawsuit here.
