{"id":1598,"date":"2026-02-04T15:51:42","date_gmt":"2026-02-04T15:51:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/restorerealcolorado.com\/?p=1598"},"modified":"2026-02-04T15:51:42","modified_gmt":"2026-02-04T15:51:42","slug":"holtorf-resigns-as-cogop-vice-chair-brita-is-toxic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/restorerealcolorado.com\/index.php\/2026\/02\/04\/holtorf-resigns-as-cogop-vice-chair-brita-is-toxic\/","title":{"rendered":"Holtorf RESIGNS as COGOP Vice Chair &#8211; Brita is TOXIC!!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Holtorf Resigns &#8211; Brita Horn\u2019s Toxic Leadership Claims Another Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Another member of Brita Horn\u2019s State GOP leadership team has resigned.<\/p>\n<p>Richard Holtorf, Vice Chair of the State GOP, has officially stepped down, becoming the <strong>eighth<\/strong> member of her team to abandon Brita Horn\u2019s sinking ship.<\/p>\n<p>Those who have resigned under her leadership now include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Treasurer<\/li>\n<li>Vice Chair (#1)<\/li>\n<li>Chair of Volunteer Training<\/li>\n<li>Bylaws Committee Member<\/li>\n<li>Credentials Chair<\/li>\n<li>Parliamentarian<\/li>\n<li>Communications Director<\/li>\n<li>And now Vice Chair Richard Holtorf (#2)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Holtorf stated, <strong><em>\u201cI have found it impossible to work with the Chair.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nThis mirrors the same reason repeatedly cited by others who felt forced to walk away.<\/p>\n<p>At what point does Brita Horn take responsibility?<\/p>\n<p>Her continued leadership is actively damaging our party.
