The latest to resign is <strong data-start=\"276\" data-end=\"293\">John Fielding<\/strong>, now the former member of the <strong data-start=\"324\" data-end=\"354\">State GOP Bylaws Committee<\/strong>. He joins a growing list of others who have stepped down &#8211; including the <strong data-start=\"428\" data-end=\"441\">Treasurer<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"443\" data-end=\"460\">Vice <\/strong><strong>Chairman<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"462\" data-end=\"488\">Teller Committee Chair<\/strong> (just days before the all-Zoom SCC Vice Chair election), the <strong data-start=\"550\" data-end=\"569\">Parliamentarian<\/strong>, and the <strong data-start=\"579\" data-end=\"606\">Communications Director<\/strong> \u2013 <em>that we know of<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"813\">Yet the one person who hasn\u2019t left is the very person the SCC voted to remove &#8211; <strong data-start=\"764\" data-end=\"807\">Brita\u2019s personal attorney,<\/strong><strong> Steven<\/strong><strong> Klenda<\/strong>. According to a recent <em data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"842\">RinoWatch<\/em> newsletter: \u00a0<em>In court filings, Horn and her attorney Klenda are attempting to convince the Judge not to believe his own ears regarding the vote to fire Klenda as Party attorney. \u00a0A recording of the meeting clearly shows Horn calling for a voice vote. \u00a0Clearly shows the SCC voted \u201cYes\u201d to fire Klenda. \u00a0And clearly shows Horn saying \u201cOkay, passes, passes.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<p>One can\u2019t help but ask: <strong data-start=\"635\" data-end=\"656\">who will be next?<\/strong> How many more good people will be pushed out simply because <u>Brita refuses to listen, bullies dissenters, and does whatever she pleases<\/u> &#8211; bylaws be damned?<\/p>\n<p>On deck may be the newly elected Vice Chair, <strong data-start=\"1507\" data-end=\"1526\">Richard Holtorf<\/strong>. \u00a0It was difficult to watch Brita publicly \u201cshoo\u201d him away on stage at the SCC meeting, <u>a moment that surely embarrassed him in front of the entire membership<\/u>. If that\u2019s how she treats him publicly, one can only imagine how much worse it must be behind closed doors.<\/p>\n<p>Brita has proven herself to be one of the most <strong data-start=\"1776\" data-end=\"1825\">incompetent, arrogant, and dictatorial Chairs<\/strong> our Party has ever seen. She has repeatedly failed to perform the duties of her office as outlined in our bylaws, inventing rules and procedures on the fly to serve her own agenda. Anyone who has witnessed her SEC or SCC meetings has seen firsthand how she <strong data-start=\"2083\" data-end=\"2120\">twists and manipulates the bylaws<\/strong> to justify whatever she wants to do in the moment, despite clearly having <strong>no grasp of how to run an orderly<\/strong> or legitimate meeting.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It appears that members of the State GOP working under Brita continue to abandon a sinking ship.
