ARAPAHOE COUNTY ELECTION LAW VIOLATIONS
Recently discovered evidence suggests violations of both state and federal election laws in Arapahoe County, Colorado. In early 2025, the Arapahoe County Clerk and Recorder’s Office posted a new Cast Vote Record (CVR) from the November 2020 election, which differs significantly from the original CVR posted in 2022. CVRs should never be altered years later.
In 2022, Arapahoe data showed almost identical percentages of Biden and Trump voters voting “No” on Amendment B (to repeal the Gallagher Amendment), which is “statistically improbable”. However, the revised 2025 data shows expected results with Trump voters predominantly voting “No”, and Biden voters mostly voting “Yes”. The passing of this Amendment resulted in increased property taxes for homeowners across Colorado.
Assistant Professor Shiro Kuriwaki of Yale contacted the Arapahoe Elections Office claiming errors in the original CVR. He suggested revisions that led to the creation of a new CVR. Arapahoe County did not consult external experts and altered votes on 354,242 (out of 354,247) ballot records without recounting or auditing.
This evidence raises concerns about potential civil rights violations and calls for an immediate federal investigation to ensure electoral integrity and protect citizens’ rights.
